Then we went driving up the sand of "Highway One".
We got stuck in the sand, but another bus stopped to help us get out.
But when lunch arrived it was delicious.
Then we went to the Pinnacles, with amazing coloured sand.
And then to see the wreck of the Maheno.
The next stop was Eli Creek, and we got REALLY wet.
So wet we had to get new t-shirts!
When we got home we had pizza for dinner and had a night swim, then had ice cream for dessert.
Stella's and Mya's comments about the day:-
Mya: It was the best day I have ever had and I had so much fun getting wet! The alarm didn't go off in the morning, which wasn't good. But we were not late.
Stella: It was very fun at the wreck, and everywhere else, especially the freshwater lake. And when we got the new t-shirts we looked like identical twins. And then Mya split her tooth (which was something to do with the snorkel!)
